Privacy Policy
1. Data controller
LFR Marketing, Peruvian taxpayer ID (RUC) 20613884361, located at [Dirección fiscal de LFR Marketing], Peru, is the controller of personal data related to Pautia. This policy follows Peru's Personal Data Protection Law (Law No. 29733) and its regulations.
2. What data we process
- Contact data: name, email, phone, company and role, when you contact us, book a demo or subscribe.
- Billing data: legal name, tax ID and payment details. Card data is processed directly by our payment provider; we do not store it.
- Ad account data: performance metrics (spend, impressions, clicks, results) and names and IDs of campaigns, ad sets and ads, obtained with your authorization through the platforms' official APIs, such as Meta's.
- Service usage data: access logs, approved or rejected recommendations and questions to the specialist.
We do not access the personal data of the leads your campaigns generate (names, phone numbers or emails of people who fill out your forms).
3. How we use it
- To provide the service: calculate metrics and generate analysis, alerts, reports and recommendations.
- To answer questions and provide support.
- To bill you and manage your subscription.
- To improve our models using aggregated, anonymized information.
- To send you information about the service. You can opt out of marketing communications at any time.
4. Use of artificial intelligence
Part of the analysis is performed by third-party AI models, which receive already-calculated metrics from your campaigns. We use providers whose commercial terms do not allow that information to be used to train their models.
5. Who we share data with
Only with providers needed to operate the service, acting on our behalf: hosting and database (Supabase, Vercel or similar), automation (n8n), AI models (Anthropic), email (Google) and payment processing. We do not sell personal data.
6. International transfers
Some of these providers store or process data outside Peru, for example in the United States, Canada or the European Union. By using the service you consent to these transfers, which we carry out with providers that offer adequate protection.
7. How long we keep it
While your subscription is active and, afterwards, for as long as needed to meet legal and tax obligations or to make reactivation easier. You can request deletion of your data at any time, except data we are legally required to keep.
8. Your rights
You can exercise your rights of access, rectification, cancellation and objection, and withdraw your consent, by writing to contacto@pautia.io. We respond within the legal deadlines. If you believe we did not address your request, you may contact Peru's National Personal Data Protection Authority or the competent authority in your country.
You can also revoke our access to your ad accounts at any time from the platform's settings, for example in Meta Business Manager.
9. Security
We apply reasonable technical and organizational measures: encrypted connections, per-client access control and minimum permissions on your ad accounts.
10. Cookies
This site does not use tracking or advertising cookies. We load fonts from Google Fonts, which means your browser connects to Google's servers. If we add analytics tools in the future, we will update this policy.
11. Changes
We may update this policy. The current version will be published on this page with its update date.
